He was predeceased by: his children, Richard Rupert and Hope Rupert; and his siblings, Helen, Dave Rupert and Sharon.
He is survived by: his spouse Betty Rupert (King); and his children, Frank Rupert (Angie), John Rupert, Mary Lawrence (Ronald), Randy Rupert, Linda Rupert, Steven Rupert, Susan Burdette (Jason), Karen Keeling (Andy) and Andrew Rupert. He is also survived by three grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren; four brothers and three sisters.
