He was predeceased by: his parents, August Koenig and Anna Koenig (Landwehr); his sons, Joseph, John and Daniel; and his brother Virgil Koenig.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn M. Brinkman; his children, Stephen Koenig of Leipsic, Thomas Koenig of Ottawa and Richard Koenig (Doris) of Leipsic; and his grandchildren, Travis Koenig, Sophia Koenig and Tiffany Koenig.
Due to the restrictions of COVID 19 face masks are required upon entering the funeral home and/or church.
