He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold G. Hoffman and Esther Mae Hoffman (Harmon); his sister Shirley Riker (Carl); and his brother-in-law Tim Cavanaugh. He is survived by: his sisters, Genevieve Dysert (Keith) of Rawson and Linda McKean (Charles) of Ada; and his nephews, Jeremy Moore, Alan Dysert, Brandon Cavanaugh, Bryan Cavanaugh, Christopher Riker and Shaun Riker.
