He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Chester and Helen Louise Claybaugh (Dillinger); his wife Ilene M. Gable; and his siblings, Sandra K. Claybaugh, Mary Agner and Ralph Claybaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Tonja McDonald (William) of Lima and Eric Claybaugh of Trenton, MI; and his sister Janet DeHart (Harlen) of McComb. He is also survived by three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
