With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carol Koontz of Leipsic, Ohio, who passed away on December 14, 2021 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Lamphier and Donna Lamphier (Brown); and her husband Raymond A. Koontz. She is survived by: her children, Rayleen Sterling, William Koontz (Lynn) and Henry Koontz. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
