Adrian Chavez Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2020, at the age of 44, Adrian Chavez of Leipsic, Ohio, born in Weslaco, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Rosaura Hernandez (Chavez); his brother Leroy Chavez; his grandparents, Pedro and Josefina Chavez; his aunt Mrythala Calderón; his cousin Bernardo Rincón; his sisters, Ofelia Quintanilla and Ann Marie Quintanilla; and his mother Rosie.
He is survived by: his children, Anna Claire Chavez and Adrian Alvino "Albie" Chavez; his aunt Perla Chavez; his uncle Pedro Chavez; his cousins, Belyna Rodriguez (Rolando), Priscilla Baney, Katrina Perez, Shannon Baney and Emilio Calderón; and his siblings, Isidro Quintanilla (Salma), Amelia Q Bernal (Armando) and Leah R Yanez. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great-nephews.
In keeping with social distancing, visitation will be from 4-7 p. m. Monday at LOVE-HEITMEYER FUNERAL HOME, Leipsic and one hour prior to the mass Tuesday at Parish Life Center.
