He is survived by: his wife Donna Barnes Rouse; his children, Stephanie Fleischman (Lee) of Leetonia, Lisa Rouse (Steve) of Girard and Brian Rouse (Chrissy) of Leetonia; and his siblings, Marie Russell (Tom) of Leetonia and Tom Rouse (Kathy) of Salem. He is also survived by three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
