He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Ruth Colbert (Adams); his children, Thomas Allen Colbert and Christopher Douglas Colbert; and his brother Roy Colbert.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Louise Boyer; his children, Dianne C. Maurer (Irvin) of Hermitage, PA, Elizebeth Miller (Scott Bricker) of Salem and Curtis Colbert (Denise) of Salem; his brother Gene Colbert Sr. of Florida; his sister-in-law Gudrun Colbert of Salem; and his sisters, Delores Oldham and Doris Ling. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, sisters.
