He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Troy and Marie Virgelette Troy. He is survived by: his wife Linda S. Sommers Troy; his children, Kelly Lutz (Ron) of Salem and Anthony "Tony" Troy (Shannon) of Salem; his siblings, Rosemary Volpe of Washingtonville, Nancy Feist (James) of Leetonia and Richard Troy (Pat) of Negley; and his granddaughters, Taylor, Rylie and Macey Troy.
