Altenhof of Leetonia, Ohio, born in New Albany, Ohio, who passed away on December 21, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alva Houts and Elnor Houts (Gerren); her husband Albert J. Altenhof; her son Daryl Altenhof; and her brothers, Alfred Houts, Harold Houts and Clarence Houts.

She is survived by: her children, Martha M. Lewton (David) of Lisbon, June A. Lambert (Numan) of Hanoverton, Cathy R. Trenchard (Jim) of Lisbon, Cheryl J. Horn (Robert) of Youngstown, Jeanene L. Woolf of North Lima, Debra K. Altenhof of Columbiana, Cynthia S. Leon (Jess) of Leetonia, Albert A. Altenhof (Michelle) of Hemet, CA and William A. Altenhof (Leslie) of Murrieta, CA. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
