He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Guthrie and Anna Gertrude Curby Guthrie; his sons, William E. Guthrie and Michael A. Guthrie; his siblings, William D. Guthrie, Sarah "Sally" Fausto, Eileen Archinal, Theda Arter, Madaline Guthrie, Stella Sliffe and Patsy Guthrie; and his great grandchild Kira Guthrie.
He is survived by: his wife Linda D. Guthrie (Murphy); his daughters, Myleigh Guthrie of Leesville, Teresa Phillips (Jim) of Uhrichsville and Tammy Wright of New Philadelphia, OH; his grandchildren, Andrew Phillips (Gabby) of Uhrichsville, David Scott, II (Charity) of Uhrichsville, Nicci Brown of Gnadenhutten, OH, E. Erin Sowards (Eddie) of Port Lavaca, TX, Lyndi Stutzman (Shawn) of Bridgeport, OH, Cassie Guthrie of Bridgeport, OH, William D. Guthrie, II (Heather) of Mansfield, OH, Emily Cavanaugh (Chris) of Dennison, OH, Trent Guthrie of Uhrichsville, Ty Guthrie of Uhrichsville, Tristan Guthrie of Uhrichsville and Jon Chaney of Uhrichsville; his daughters-in-law, Pam Guthrie of Dennison and Glenda Guthrie of Uhrichsville; and his sister-in-law Kelley Murphy (Georgie) of Alberta, Canada.. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
Facial coverings will be required for entry and all social distancing protocols will be observed.
