He was predeceased by: his mothers, Gladys Larkins and Verna Mae Neil Larkins; his wife Linda L. Larkins; his brothers, John D. and Charles R. Larkins; his grandparents, Frank and Ruby Larkins; his stepsister Janet Quinonez; his brother David; his sister-in-law Connie Allen; and his parents-in-law, Mary McNeil and Joseph Spendall.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Stirr (David) of Greenfield, Patrick Huff of Frankfort, Sean Larkins of Hillsboro and Kerry Larkins (Nicole) of Washington, C. H.; his brothers, Richard Larkins (Jannie) of Greenfield and Gene Larkins of Arizona; his sister-in-law Helen Larkins of Norwalk, OH; and his uncle Thomas Larkins of Hillsboro. He is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
