She was predeceased by: her parents, James Earl and Patty Lou Boone (Young); and her brother Dave Boone. She is survived by: her boyfriend Paul H. Cox, Jr. of Leesburg; her siblings, Donna Morgan of Blanchester, Jean Clements of Springhill, LA and Dean; and her sister-in-law Barbara Boone of Adena, OH. She is also survived by five nieces and three nephews.
