He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Page and Alice Price (Kenneth) of Hillsboro; his stepparents, Pete Lemly and Bonnie Page; his father-in-law Lyman Willis, Jr.; his sister Vicky Snideler; and his uncle Jack Garland (Cumberland).
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Page; his children, Dominique Page, Nick Page, Brandon Page (Robyn), Adam Page, Jeremie Snodgress (Ashley), Matthew Reveal (Stella), Ashley Reveal, James Evans, Alexis Evans-Page and Arian Page; his grandchildren, Zaphod Cooper, Tyrus Cumberland, Azhaliyah Cumberland, Michael Gebhardt, Jayden Evans, Allayna, Alexis and Christian; his great grandchild Whisky Guthrie; his siblings, Valerie Ray (Mark), Angela Page, Verl Page (Debbie) and Vernon Page; his mother-in-law Rita Willis; his aunt Phyllis Garland; his close friends, Dan, Linda Borland, Francis Shasteen, Bill, Lisa Reveal, Nicki and Harry Evans; and his pet Zoe Page.
