We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2020, at the age of 39, Tisha Howe (Leesburg, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Gardner and Arlene Campbell Gardner. She is survived by: her husband Roger Dale Howe; her children, Heather, James, Cindy, Caitlyn, Ciara, Andrew and Jacob; her brothers, Charles Gardner III and David Gardner (Paula); and her close friend Jonda Irwin.
