He is survived by: his parents, Dale Rhoads and Mary Rhoads (Estle); his wife Janet Rhoads (Bryant); his sons, Zach Rhoads of Leesburg and Zane Rhoads of Greenfield; his brothers, Mike Rhoads (Gina) of Wilmington and Craig Rhoads of Hillsboro; his cousin Sandy Jenkins of Hillsboro; his siblings-in-law, Jack Bryant (Cindy) of Greenfield and Harriett Webb (John) of Greenfield; and his close friends, Gary Dobbs and Jeff Vickers. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
