She was predeceased by: her parents, James M. Puckett and Jessie Mae Puckett (Courtney); her husband Charles Moore; and her siblings, Roy Puckett, Helen McCarty and Mary Shelnutt.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Moore of Washington, C. H., Gary Moore (Donna) of Leesburg, Linda Bales (Mike) of New Vienna and Connie Richardson (Roger) of North Chicago, IL. She is also survived by six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
