It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Ann Bobbitt of Leesburg, Ohio, who passed away on April 7, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carey Payton and Mary Payton (Van Winkle); her husband Elmer Eugene "Gene" Bobbitt; and her siblings, Donald, Robert, Edward, Tommy Payton, Ann Boothe, Katherine "Kate" McFarland and Mary Elizabeth "Peppy" Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Danny Bobbitt of Leesburg and Sandi Morgan (Billy) of Leesburg; and her granddaughters, Shelby Tolle (Cody) of Mason and Sydney Bobbitt of Mason. She is also survived by numerous friends as well as many nieces and nephews.
