She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Richard and Dorothy Elizabeth Matuszewski (McCarney); and her husband Edward E. Hagen. She is survived by: her sons, Patrick (Jill Hagen), Keith (Leslie Hagen) and Richie Hagen of New Vienna; her grandchildren, Ashley Willian (Matt), Amber Newman (Alex), Allyna Willey (Wesley), Abigail Hagen and Amy Hagen; her great grandchildren, Eli, Ella, Esme Willian, Colton, Charlotte Newman, Bryn, Bodie Willey and Iris Hagen; and her sister Dorothy.
