He is survived by: his children, Kenneth (Cathy) and Joyce Stevens (Ed Workman) of Alexandria, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Kyle Ira Stevens (Brooke) of Leesburg and Carlie Allen Lewis (Ryan) of Leesburg; his great grandchildren, Suzanne Avery Stevens, Raelynn Juel Lewis and Kenneth Kirk Stevens; his close friends, Sally Koons of Wilmington and Mike McNally of Troy; and his sister-in-law Anna Lee Walker of Georgia.
