He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert John Burnett and Mary Lou Burnett; and his sisters, Lois Mathison, Lona Burnett and Lora Burnett.
He is survived by: his wife Annette Walker Burnett; his children, Quentin Burnett (Angeoa), Amber Snow (Matt), Jason Shoemaker, Mandie Frazer (Josh) and Heather Jenkins (Tim); his grandchildren, Jagger Smith, Carson Jenkins, Jerricah Shoemaker, Emma Jenkins, Joey Frazer, Surenitea Shoemaker and Ben Frazer; his sister Becky Coman; and his siblings-in-law, Randy and Tammy Hibbs.
