He is survived by: his parent Gladys K. Seitz Larkins (McCoy); his close friend Nancy Skeeters of Washington; his siblings, Richard Larkins (Jannie) of South Salem, William Larkins of Washington, Walter "Bud" Seitz of Staunton, Bill Seitz of Bloomingburg and Blanche "Janet" Quinonez of Greenfield; his uncle Thomas Larkins (Betty) of Idaho; and his cousin Harvey Pierce of Leesburg. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
