He is survived by: his son Clinton; his daughter-in-law Billie Crabtree of Lebanon; his grandchildren, Allister Whitfield and Addison Whitfield; his niece Kimberly Powell; his nephews, Jamie and Troy Crabtree; and his friends, Rick Gall, Randy Farrah and Joe Cox.
