He was predeceased by: his parents, Ocie F. Frump and Lorene Frump (Rogers); and his siblings, David, Roger, Joseph, Allen Frump and Evelyn Granger.

He is survived by: his friend Church; his wife Mary Jane Frump (Marsh); his sons, Kevin Frump of Hillsboro and Bradley Frump of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Jordan Mowrey, Kaley Frump, Kelsi Frump, Isaiah Carroll, Mady Carroll and Nate Utley; and his sisters, Eleanor Peabody (Ron) of Springfield, OH. and Joyce McKibben of New Vienna, OH..
