It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacob Cohen Pitzer of Leesburg, Ohio, who passed away on August 5, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Keith A. Pitzer; and his grandparents, Homer, Suzanne Lundy, Ruth and Albert Pitzer.
He is survived by: his mother Joan Pitzer (Lundy); his close friends, Ryan Snyder, Chris Bern, Greg Short, Jr. (Shorty), Lindsey Jaquay (Clear), String Fever, Keith, Joan and Jake; his brothers, Zach, Zachary and Jesse Pitzer (Moriah); his niece Lilly Pitzer; and his nephews, Isaac Pitzer (Seth) and Gavin Pitzer (Zachary). He is also survived by many loving cousins, aunts and uncles.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Friends of the Cheat.
