We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2021, at the age of 89, Homer F. Cogan of Leesburg, Ohio, born in Portsmouth, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Roy and Bessie Cogan (Copley); his wife Doloris Jean Cogan; and his siblings, Ray, Lowell, Glenna, Helen, Margie, Karen and Judith.
He is survived by: his close friend Janie Blazer; his brother Larry Cogan; his siblings-in-law, Wanda Tolle and Richard Tolle (Jo Ellen); and his stepdaughter Janola McDaniels (Butch). He is also survived by several step-grandchildren and step-nieces and nephews.
