She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Cokonougher and Dolla Mae Cokonougher (Smith); her husband Samuel Dean Haines; her siblings, Jay Cokonougher, Herman "Tom" Cokonougher, Genivieve Van Allen, Mary Jane Cokonougher, Isabelle Post and Eva Lyle; and her son-in-law Kellis Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jerry Haines (Rebecca) of Leesburg, Marsha Kay Irvin (Phil) of Leesburg, Joyce Smith of Leesburg and Tony Haines (Kathy) of Leesburg; and her grandchildren, Bryan Haines, Shelly Boles, Jennifer Humphreys, Jarrod Haines, Brad Irvin, Brent Irvin, Kelly Keeton, Heidi Smith, Andy Smith, Scott Haines, Kyle Haines, Adam Haines and Norman Saunders. She is also survived by forty-two great grandchildren; five great great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
