He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Highley and Mary Highley (McIlviana); his daughter Tammy Reser; his wife Juanita Anne Highley (Newman); and his siblings, Willie Ray Highley and Margaret Highley.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Fife (Kenny), Marianna Bennett and Jo Highley; his grandchildren, K. J. Fife (Errin), Kassie Fife (Kitana Cantrell), Keith Fife (Taylor), Clint Crabtree (Billie), Lindsey Adams, Vanna Adams (Tyler), Dacoda Bennett, Lucas Dietrich (Savanna), Mallory McGlone and Josh Highley; and his sister Viola Whitt.
