She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur H. Smith and Velma N. Thornton Smith; her husband Howard Deatley; and her siblings, Mildred M. Carson, George D Smith and Gary L. Smith.
She is survived by: her children, William Douglas "Doug" DeAtley (Janeen) of Amelia, Susan Deatley of Leesburg and David A. DeAtley of Hillsboro; her grandchildren, Ashley L. Stern and Brian D. DeAtley; her great grandchildren, Sawyer D. DeAtley, Larkin C. DeAtley, William "Isaiah" Howard DeAtley and Bexley J. DeAtley; her sister-in-law Rita Smith-Daulton; and her pet Mittens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.
In lieu of flowers and gifts the family asks that donations be made to the Leesburg Friends Church for the restoration fund of the Fairfield Meeting House, PO Box 393, Leesburg, OH 45135.
