Virgil Templeton Obituary
We bid farewell to Virgil Templeton of Lebanon, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on February 12, 2025 at the age of 93. Virgil touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleve Templeton and Sylvania Templeton; his children, Donnie Templeton, Diane, Sue and Twilla; his stepson Craig Hurtt; and his siblings, Raymond, Dewey, Arnold, James, Orene, Lucy, Ethel and Helen.
He is survived by: his wife Helen Templeton; his sons, Damon Templeton (Pauline), Mike Templeton and Jeffrey Templeton; his daughter-in-law Joyce Hurtt; and his sisters, Hazel and Avis. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; as well as many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dixie Highway Christian Center (5287 S Dixie Hwy, Franklin, OH 45005). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Cemetery No Later Than.
