He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton B. and Marilyn; and his siblings, Ed, Kevin Osman and Sarah Case.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Michael Osman of Lebanon, Amy Montgomery (Jeff) of West Chester and Terri Jett (Justin) of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Mike Osman (Courtney), Brandon Bishop (Kenzie), Bradley Bishop, Emalee Jett, Evan Jett, Elyssa Jett and Easton Jett; his great grandchildren, Tucker, Tristan Osman and Beckett Bishop; and his close friend Butch Cates. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
