She was predeceased by: her father John Edwards. She is survived by: her mother Jerry Edwards of Lebanon; her brothers, Robert Edwards (Marty) of Lebanon and Derick Edwards of Cincinnati; and her close friends, Angela and Linda.

“I love Tammy Lynn Collins so a very, very much and I was a very happy and enjoyed with her as My favorite John Edwards did spoil me drink coffee for many times, but both of them are in better place in heavenly right now! I still a very, very terrific sadly & cried, beacuse of I still missed her so much since last seen her at hosiptal last on December 2, 2020. I was a very worst bad feeling missed not there at her's funreal home. I did wants get marry to her, but It was too late that was true!”
