She was predeceased by: her grandmother Carolyn "Mimi" Crowdus. She is survived by: her mother Stacy Haynes; her brother Quinton Haynes; her grandfather Jerry Crowdus of Owensboro, KY; her uncle Jeff Crowdus of Mineral Bluff, GA; her aunt Katina Brawner of Henderson, KY; her cousins, Cati and Clay Brawner; and her sister Kelly Mullins.
