He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph and Katherine; and his wife Sharon Lewis. He is survived by: his son Stephen Lewis (Melisa); his siblings, Paul Lewis and Kathy Lewis; his grandchildren, Devin, Abigaile, Christopher and Braeden; and his great grandchildren, Alexander and Arianna.
