He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Hazel; his brother Dean Retallick; his father-in-law Charles Sherod; and his brother-in-law Thomas Sherod.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene; his children, Tina Retallick, Richard Retallick, Tami Sibcy (Shane) and Randy Retallick (Erica); his mother-in-law Dorothy Sherod; his sister-in-law Trina Sherod; and his grandchildren, Derek Justus, Mark Justus, Darryl Retallick (Abby), Bryan Burns (Maegan), Tiffany Stamper (Thomas), Brittany Burns, Aaron Retallick, Brandi Ruddock (Cameron), Matthew Retallick, Brianna Ruddock, Brandon Ruddock, Sara Alsip (Aaron) and Rachel Vencill. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Oswald-Hoskins Funeral Home (329 E Mulberry St, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
