He is survived by: his wife Hazel Maushart; his sons, Robert "Rob" Maushart and Christopher Maushart (Kacie); his stepchildren, Marisa Curry (Scott), Marty Baumeister and Matthew Bond (Kristy); his grandchildren, Skylar Maushart, Chloe Maushart, Heather West (Brian), Alex Curry (April), Andy Baumeister (Jayde), Amie Baumeister, Matthew L. Clark and Jordan Bond (Janie); his brother Terry Maushart (Michele); and the mother of his children Susan Bacciocco. He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
