He was predeceased by: his father Roy J. McIntosh. He is survived by: his mother Patricia McIntosh (Reddy); his wife Lisa; his children, Jason McIntosh, Kristin McIntosh Swisher and Justin; his son-in-law Jason Swisher; his grandchildren, Calvin, Olivia and Emerson; and his siblings, Donald McIntosh (Charlene), David McIntosh (Brenda) and Deborah McIntosh Mirich (Ed). He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
