He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Brackney and Selma Brackney; and his wife Phyllis Brackney. He is survived by: his daughters, Robin Sanford (Chris Coffman) and Pamela Bottles (Doug); his grandchildren, TJ Sanford, Trent Sanford (Jillian), Cody Coffman, Cole Coffman (Taylor), Brittany Ferrell (Luke) and Kirsten Bottles; and his great grandchildren, Madisyn, Ryann and Emerson. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
