She was predeceased by: her parents, Naman West and Mary West; her former husband Lenard Amburgy; her husband Charles Sullivan, Jr.; and her close friend Treva Williams.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Gentry (Tom) and Melody Hurtt (Kent); her grandchildren, Tracy Fulmer (Pete), Kyle Hurtt (Debbie) and Allison Roberts (Jesse); and her great grandchildren, Lucas Peyton, Scott Fulmer, Katrina Fulmer, Lincoln Roberts and Abigail Hurtt.
