He was predeceased by: his mother Marcia Dufala; and his stepfather Bob Reif. He is survived by: his father Richard Goodwin; his siblings, Mark Goodwin (Janet), Brett Goodwin (Ann), Andrew Goodwin, Mandy Goodwin and Jenni Thomas (Marty); and his stepmother Melody Goodwin. He is also survived by seven nephews and two nieces.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Open House.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Matt's name to a local cat rescue organization, reflecting his lifelong love for cats and his giving spirit.
