She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Gischia and Eldora Gischia (Steeno); and her niece Sarah Lange. She is survived by: her daughters, Janice, Lori LaPorte (David) and Eileen Turain (Kevin); her grandchildren, Madeline Turain, Danielle LaPorte-Wise (James), Baxter Turain and Bennet LaPorte (Ariel); her husband Hilbert C. Kamps; her siblings, Linda Rostagno, Tony Gischia (Linda) and Jim Gischia (Debbie); and her siblings-in-law, Jerry Kamps (Sally), Elsie Sandelin (Sandy), Ruth List, Rita van Sliedrecht (Edward), Lorraine Kamps, Joan Kamps, Sharon Kamps and Sue Kamps. She is also survived by daughters, grand and great-grandchildren.
