He is survived by: his wife Loretta Butler (Patrick); his children, Jay Butler (Kristi) of Monroe, OH, Kim Moore (David), Lisa Rahmes (Randy), Tammy Wylds and Melissa Horn; his grandchildren, Sara (Michael), Kelsea (Dusty), Jon, Austin (Gabrielle), Kristin (Keegan), Molly, Lori (Craig), Josh, Chandra (Drew), Cheyenne, Tim, Justin (Annamarie) and Ashley; and his siblings, Leroy Butler (Sherry) of Franklin, OH, Jean Campbell, Jim Butler (Peggy), Sue Lyons (Ralph) and Pam Bogie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
