He is survived by: his daughters, Cyndi Zopff of Lebanon, Cristy Tokar (Mark) of Oakwood and Courtney Revis McMullen (Jay) of Chicago; his grandchildren, Christian Zopff, Sam Tokar and Sophie Tokar; and his nephews, John Russell, Scott Revis and David Taylor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
