He was predeceased by: his parents, Levember "Tit" Bizzell and Lillian Mae Payne (Hughes); and his siblings, Barbara Payne, Oneda Hocker, Ruth Johnson, Edward McGill, John Payne, Thomas Payne and Levember Payne (Lil Tit).
He is survived by: his wife Rose Payne; his daughters, Rosetta Renee Ervin (Lebanon), Antoinette Marie Payne (Lebanon) and Fredlitta Chevon Payne (Lebanon); his granddaughters, Asia Rose, Jazzlyn Rose, Jaida Marie, Aniya Rose, Jael Grace and Jayla Leigh; and his sister Alice Washington (Cincinnati).
