It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Regina Hornsby of Lebanon, Ohio, born in Clearfield, Kentucky, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Mitchell, Sr. and Nancy Florence Foley; and her sisters, Delores Jean and Ruth Ann (Ralph Hornsby). She is survived by: her sons, James (Christie) and Daniel; her siblings, Walter E. Jr., Nancy Carolyn and Susan Louise (William); her grandchildren, Nikolas and Savannah; and her stepgrandchildren, Cory and Lindsey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
