He was predeceased by: his former wife Sherry Moore (Couch); his parents, Marvin Moore and Sally Moore; and his sisters, Sandy Moore, Lori Bacovcin and Susan Robinson.

He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Lukes (Tim), Timmy Gray (Jamie) and Chadd Moore; his fiancée Regina McCoy; his stepdaughters, Melinda and Melissa Shaffer; his grandchildren, Kohen, Hayden, Samuel, Tori of Derek, T. J., Jaxson, Brooklynn, Kendall, Dray, Logan, Kailey, Carissa and Andy; and his siblings, Pat Moore, Donna Campbell and Terry Moore. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and friends.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Gospel Church of God (1502 Deerfield Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers and in Don's memory, contributions may be made toward the funeral expenses.
