He was predeceased by: his former wife Deborah Howard (Debbie); and his sisters, Maglean Smith (Madge), Phyllis Whittington (Jean) and Ruth Blanton. He is survived by: his wife Sue Davis Howard; his children, Doffie L Howard of Maineville, OH and Lisa J Bruno of Chapmansboro, TN.; his children-in-law, Tracy Howard and Randy Bruno; his stepchildren, Jerry and Stephanie Wood; his grandchildren, Zackary Howard and Jake Bruno; and his siblings, John Howard, Stephanie Holbrooks, Deakay Leigh and Nora Webb (Patty).
Visitation was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stine Funeral Home of Lebanon (801 Monroe Rd, Lebanon, OH 45036). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 4:30 PM at the Lebanon Eagles Lodge (209 W Main St, Lebanon, OH 45036).
