She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis and Rena; her husband James Spencer; her son Douglas Alan Spencer; and her siblings, Marvin Dean Powell and Marcella Greely.
She is survived by: her son Tim Spencer (Lori); her siblings, Sonja Case, Connie Hughes, James David Powell and Otis Powell Jr.; her grandchildren, Janine Kilmer (Justin), Brittany Pettay (Adam), Brandon Spencer (Heather), Ashton Spencer and Rachel Spencer (Rahul Rangan); and her great grandchildren, Christian Spencer, Kasen Spencer, Bryce Spencer and James Pettay.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to the Shriners Hospital, or the Warren County Humane Association.
