She is survived by: her husband Walter Pittman; her children, Ricky Carmack of Lebanon, Wendy Duff (Scott) of South Lebanon and Tiffany Pittman of Independence, KY; her half-sister Angel Reynolds; and her grandchildren, Ashton Carmack, Colson Duff, Axton Merrell and Kenzie Merrell.
