She was predeceased by: her parents, Emmett Kemplin and Rachel Kemplin (Brown); her son-in-law Christopher Wren; and her siblings, Wanda Burdge, Janet Blair, Joan Johnson, Leon, Donald and Robert Kemplin.
She is survived by: her husband Carl Tibbs; her children, Carla Sue Wren and Cary Wayne Tibbs; her grandchildren, Trevor Kline (Julie), Brooke Sicking and Cary Blake Tibbs; her great grandchildren, Trenton, Brynnlee, Axel and Emily; her sisters, Clara Smallwood and Lula Thurston; and her sisters-in-law, Joy Kemplin, Donna Kemplin and Judy Wilson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
